Guided Waterfall Walk – embark on the Four Waterfalls Trail in Wales where you can even walk behind the curtain of water.

Summer Solstice Intention Ritual – mark the longest day of the year with a grounding ritual to honour the light within and around you. Release what no longer serves and set powerful intentions for the months ahead.

Four Peak Manifestations – at each waterfall we will pause and take this sacred moment to reflect and manifest. At the first we will release the past, then root fully into the present, before using the energy from the third waterfall to call in what we desire for the future. At the final fall, we celebrate with gratitude – open-hearted, abundant, and aligned with the flow of life.

Reflection & Connection Circle – gather in community with like-minded women to share reflections, release the old season, and celebrate the energy of renewal.
