Your £250 deposit secures your session and is non-refundable, but will be applied to your package. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice; cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. If we need to reschedule due to weather or illness, we’ll work with you to find a new date.

Outdoor shoots may be adjusted for weather—sometimes that means moving times, sometimes embracing a dramatic sky. The balance of your package is due at or before your viewing session, where you may stay with your original choice or upgrade.

All images are edited for light, colour, and artistry—we don’t alter bodies or erase features, because Liberty is about celebrating you as you are. Purchased images are for personal use; Liberty may use selected images for marketing unless you opt out in writing before your shoot.

Liberty cannot be held responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the shoot.
