You arrive terrified. That's normal. Most women do.
We start with an intention-setting circle, not therapy, just grounding. You say what you want to feel, what you want to see in your photos, and why you're here. Sometimes women share the whole story. Sometimes they just say, "I'm ready to stop hiding."
Either way, within twenty minutes, you're not strangers anymore. You're a group of women who've all done the same brave thing: shown up even though you were terrified.

Most women start here. It's more affordable, and honestly, for most women it's better, because part of what makes this work is shining in front of other women and discovering that's safe too.
You'll shoot with 4-8 other women. You'll do your shoot individually (your photographer works with you one-on-one during your time in front of the camera), but the day is shared. That's where the magic is, the intention circle, the connections, the permission you give each other just by being brave together.

Two ways to do this
Some women need the full focus. Maybe you're not ready for the group. Maybe you want the entire morning to be yours. That's completely valid.
A 1:1 gives you three hours of shooting time, all the same care and preparation, and the same confidence course and viewing session. It's just you, your photographer, and however far you want to take it.

The Liberty Photography Method was built fifteen years ago, after the founder left a marriage where she'd become invisible, not just to her husband, but to herself.
She rebuilt. Started a new relationship. But was still shrinking. Still telling herself she didn't have time for herself. Still complicit in her own erosion.
The shift came when she did the ridiculous thing, the unjustifiable, frivolous thing with no productivity defence, and let her body record new data.
